FORM-2. CLAIM UNDER SECTION 8(1) & (5) TO PROCEED AS AN APPLICANT OR JOINT APPLICANT(S)

Claim under section 8(1) of the Designs Act, 2000 to proceed as an applicant or joint applicant(s).

Purpose: Filed by a person claiming the right to proceed as the applicant or one of the joint applicants where a design application has been made by another person.
The original assignment or agreement or an official or notarially certified copy thereof shall be furnished for the Controller's inspection along with this form.
