FORM-14. REQUEST FOR CORRECTION OF CLERICAL ERROR

Request for correction of a clerical error under section 29 of the Designs Act, 2000.

Purpose: Filed by an applicant or registered proprietor seeking correction of a clerical error in any document in the Register of Designs or in any document filed in connection therewith.
The fee payable is as specified in the First Schedule.
