FORM-1. APPLICATION FOR REGISTRATION OF DESIGN

Application for registration of design / Application under reciprocal arrangement under sections 5 and 44 of the Designs Act, 2000.

Purpose: Used by an applicant to apply for registration of a design in India, either as an ordinary application or a reciprocity application.
To be filed at the appropriate office along with four copies of the representation of the design and the prescribed fee as specified in the First Schedule.
