FORM-17. APPLICATION FOR RECTIFICATION OF REGISTER

Application for rectification of the Register of Designs under section 31 of the Designs Act, 2000.

Purpose: Filed by an aggrieved person seeking to rectify any entry wrongly made in or wrongly remaining on the Register of Designs, or seeking any entry wrongly omitted therefrom.
The fee payable is as specified in the First Schedule. The application will be advertised and is open to opposition under rule 40.
